Hormonal Acne

Acne is a hormonal problem by its very nature. You know at this point many acne flareups are caused by androgens being released in the body and bringing about a surge of Sebum production in the skin. The excess oil that circulates increases pore clogs and creates the undesired appearance.
Women especially experience adult onset acne due to changes during menstruation, pregnancy and menopause. This doesn't exclude men though. As men get older their testosterone may surge and then decrease, giving them the same effect.
Most commonly women in their 20s are drawn to curing the problem because of the initial shock they experience having acne again in their life. The good news is for most of these candidates, the 3 Day Acne cure is exactly what they've been missing. It is a natural way to regain balance within your system and finally put an end to adult onset acne.
Many women will try minor changes first in an attempt to battle the hormone surges. They may change their birth control pill, trying to find one that claims it can clear up the skin. Occasionally this works. If you are on birth control, I recommend it as a first alternative.
Women with hormonal acne who develop premenstrual flares may want to turn to more extreme measure if they have no plans of getting pregnant any time soon. Oral contraceptive pills can be used successfully but come with a heap of warnings. They contain estrogen and progestin to regulate your menstrual cycle and decrease the androgen activity responsible for acne.
My biggest complaint with these is you usually need to take them for extended periods of time if they are to be effective. Understand that it's a pill. Your body must process it and oftentimes medication like this is not good for your liver and kidneys.
Popular medicines like accutane are even more popular for their negative effects on the body. The drug manufacturers warn that you absolutely should NOT get pregnant on accutane. The damage done to the unborn child is far too great. I'll save my accutane comments for another time but at this point I'm sure you're getting the drift. Oral pills are not a safe alternative.
If you are not on birth control or older and going through menopause, your options may seem more narrow. Perhaps you've tried every over the counter medicine under the sun, including proactive.
I hope the tips on this site have helped you in that respect. The goal of this 5 day course is to give you as much direction as possible. However, the goal of the 3 Day Acne cure is to actually hold your hand through the process of curing your acne. From Day 1 to Day 3 you'll know EXACTLY what steps to follow and by Day 3 you'll see a healthy, glowing, acne-free face in the mirror.
Warmest Regards,
Jessica
